In celebration of the Federal Territory Day or Hari Wilayah Persekutuan, Karnival WOW Putrajaya is held yearly to promote and showcase everything about Putrajaya, the vibrant and lively city (Bandar Raya Bersemangat dan Bertenaga).

Among the activity highlights are "Putrajaya Undiscovered Jewel" exhibition, Fireworks show, Go Kart, Lawak "Wow", Hot Air Balloon, Tatu ATM, Upin & Ipin, Rumah Hantu, Paintball, Kiddy Waterpark and many more!
